RETURN POLICY

CUSTOMERS HAVE THE RIGHTS TO RETURN 7 DAYS AFTER THE ARRIVAL OF THEIR ORDER.

At GODSGODDESS.COM, we accept returns of unworn clothing items that have their original tags and are in clear garment packaging with the SKU label. Please note that exchanges are not accepted.

**Return Process:**
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date tracking shows the order was delivered.
- Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of submitting the return request to qualify for a full refund.
- For split package orders, the return period starts from the delivery date of the final package.

**Conditions:**
- Orders that do not meet the above criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee, or the entire return may be declined.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it was due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

**Processing Time:**
Please allow 5-7 business days from the date we receive your returned package for processing. You will receive an email confirmation from us once your return has been processed.

**Final Sale Items:**
The following categories are final sale and non-returnable:
- Beauty
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates/Lingerie
- Swimwear

**REFUND ISSUE TIME FRAME:**
Please understand that once a refund is approved and issued, it will be credited to the original payment method, and we (GODSGODDESS.COM) have no control over how quickly it appears on your account. The processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days after we receive the return.

To help expedite the processing of returns, please follow these instructions:
- Return authorization number must be included with the return. (This can be found under Orders -> Return on the site).
- All items returned must be new, unworn, and in the original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.
